A: No, we do not offer free trial accounts. We do offer a 99.9% Uptime Service Guarantee though.

Q: Is your 24x7 Telephone line toll-free? Can I send an SMS (Text Message)?
A: Sadly our 24x7 Support Telephone is not toll-free. Since we are located in India, all international calls are charged at provider rates. Indian customers might get discounted rates for mobile to mobile calling. Our support line accepts and supports International & Domestic SMS for support.

Q: I haven't received my welcome email since 12 hours or more?
A: GO HERE - you should be able to login there with your signed up email id and password and get your welcome email from there!

A: No illegal hosting and cpu usage over 5% of the total server for more than 5 minutes is allowed (Shared & Reseller Hosting) . Our legal terms are based on the rules set by the Indian Constitution of India, and the laws of the BurstNet datacenter (USA) where the server is located. Warez is not allowed. Adult Hosting is allowed. Child Pornography and any type of content/relation that is not legalized is not tolerated. We do not support Linking,Torrents and P2p sites. Proxy sites are not allowed.
